Our Pastor

Dr. Ronnie L. Baity Pastor Baity is the founding pastor of Berean Baptist Church, located at 4135 Thomasville Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The church was officially begun on the second Sunday in November 1980 with 38 members and was originally located about one mile south of its present location near the intersection of Willard Road and Thomasville Road in a small "store front" building.

Expanding throughout the years, the church continues to reach souls for the cause of Christ in their local community through its Sunday school classes, bus ministry, and Christian school as well as its weekly television and radio broadcasts. Pastor Baity

Pastor Baity serves on numerous boards, including Chaplian Baity the North Carolina Christian School Association and Emmanuel Baptist University.

Dr. Baity is president of Return America which endeavors to restore America to her Judeo-Christian values.

Our Pastor is also a police chaplain for the Winston-Salem Police Department.  He is married to the former Linda Mathis of Winston-Salem.
